Questions people ask before we work together.

What does "fractional" actually mean?

You get a marketing director without the full-time salary. I take ownership of your marketing — strategy, planning, execution, accountability — on a part-time or project basis. Usually a few days a month, more during a launch.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency sells you deliverables. I take responsibility for outcomes. I work inside your business, run the marketing function, and I'm the one accountable when the numbers move or don't. No account manager layer, no junior team learning on your budget.

Do you just do strategy, or do you execute too?

Both. A plan nobody ships is just a PDF. I build the roadmap, then I help produce the work — content, campaigns, brand systems, whatever the plan calls for.

What kind of companies do you work with?

B2B technology and SaaS, mostly. Companies that need a real marketing function but aren't ready for a full-time director. I've spent 10+ years in tech marketing, including deep experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

How long is a typical engagement?

Depends on scope. A brand build might run six to twelve weeks. Fractional leadership usually runs three to six months minimum, because that's how long it takes to build something that outlasts me.

What does it cost?

It varies with scope and time commitment, so I don't publish rates. Book a discovery call and I'll give you a straight number once I understand what you need.

Where are you based? Do you work remotely?

Montreal, working remotely with clients across North America. In English or French.

What's the first step?

A 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck. I ask questions, you tell me what's not working, and we figure out together whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
